This one-day workshop was inspired by the understanding that there are many different faculties to stress. We start the workshop looking at communication and language and the impact is has on our lives.
The afternoon is spent teaching you techniques that can help balance your energey levels and also use different therapies, including breathing and visualisation techniques to help relax and calm your mind, body and spirit. We also incorporate exercises to invigorate and motivate you which are easy to use anywhere and at anytime.
