Colour and Art Therapy

Colouring, painting, using crayons, drawing and sketching are used by therapists to bring out thoughts and feelings without having to use words to express yourself. This one-day workshop reminds us how much fun we can have when we are using colour. We use mandalas, ancient designs of expression and use the technique to interpret the colours and the impact on our lives.
